We are able to offer a 14 day completion from when the offer is accepted by the vendor, subject to how quickly our company receives from the vendors solicitor and/or other parties associated with the sale all the necessary accurate documetation and information relevant to the purchase. Although we offer this fast track service, the vendor may decide to take longer than 14 days, therefore, completion dates are negotiable.
